December Show and Tell 1

Janice made this colourful hat and scarf set using varigated yarn. She used short rows to give a coloured diagonal effect. This is one of the techniques we were shown at an earlier meeting. It is finished off with an attractive lace edge.

Sandra made the hat and scarf pictured. Janice made another scarf that she edged differently. The edge design comes from an edge book by Mary Anne Oger, 50 Ways to Love Your Knitter. It's a great way to use up Denys Brunton Magicolor yarn.
